Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access: a 100-meter glide brings you to the Belvédère slope, then a 400-meter blue run leads down to the main gondola, giving you access to all the 1650 slopes linked to Courchevel 1850, Méribel, Val Thorens, and Les Menuires. The studio and the neighboring two-bedroom apartment are both on the first floor, each with a balcony, ski locker, and underground parking. They can be rented separately or together—the studio is ideal for a couple, the apartment perfect for a family. Together, they accommodate up to eight guests. The studio also has an extra mattress for a third bed (suitable for a child). Three types of ski passes are available: Courchevel 1650, Courchevel, and Les Trois Vallées. Advanced skiers can choose the Trois Vallées pass, which includes a day in Val d’Isère/Tignes (1.5 hours by car). Courchevel 1850 is accessible on skis via Chanrossa, Pra-Meruel, or by free shuttle. For walkers, the trail to Lac de la Rosière starts right outside the apartment. Important: Cleaning is not included in the rental; please leave the apartment spotless for future guests. The apartment is situated in a peaceful ski-in/ski-out area, and a free shuttle runs every 25 minutes to the village center. A private underground parking space for one car is available, along with several free outdoor spots. The apartment offers a ski room with private boot lockers and direct access to the Belvédère slope. Ski straight from the door—only 100 meters to the Belvédère piste, then a gentle 400-meter descent to the new 1650 gondola. Easily access all 1650 slopes and connections to Courchevel 1850, Méribel, Val Thorens, and Les Menuires. Three types of lift passes are available: Courchevel 1650, Courchevel, and Les Trois Vallées. The Les Trois Vallées pass includes a day of skiing in Val d'Isère or Tignes (1.5 hours by car). Pra-Lognan La Vanoise is 1 hour away. Courchevel 1850 is reachable on skis via Chanrossa or Pra-Meruel, or by free ski bus. A hiking trail to Lake Rosière starts just outside the apartment. Wi-Fi is available, with the router located in the adjacent studio. This studio can be joined to create a large 3-bedroom apartment, bookable together. The studio has a washer/dryer, and the 2-bedroom apartment has a dishwasher. Please note: Cleaning is not included; guests must leave the apartment perfectly clean for future guests.
